Since 2008, Julian Perrigo-Jimenez has worked in Las Vegas at some of the top Resorts in the world overseeing their Catering, Special Event and Restaurant operations. Now he and his family has relocated back to his hometown of Folsom, California to follow their dream of starting up their own pastry shop.
We specialize in freshly made Breakfast Pastries, Crepes, Desserts, French Pastries, Mousse Cakes, Housemade Chocolates, and Confections. Everything is made in house by our exceptional culinary team with nothing but the finest ingredients. We value quality and freshness as the most important part of our product, with this being the case we only make enough for the day.
